Mouth guard fitting instruction
1. Place the mouthguard in hot water (max. 70 °C) for 30 seconds.2. Place the guard on the jaw and form by pressing to the lips with a finger.
3. Press the guard sides with a tongue until it is well formed. Do not bite the guard.
4. Immerse the guard in cold water and place on the jaw for final forming.
5. Place the guard in cold water again.
Well-formed guard should not fall from teeth, In case of wrong forming, repeat the fitting. Guard protexts against bums, injuries and cuts of all kinds, knocked teeth.
