Rashguard
A rashguard is a core piece of gear for probably anyone involved in combat sports. It acts like a second skin, meaning it effectively protects you from abrasions and skin irritation. A rashguard fits perfectly, gently hugging the body, which additionally improves blood circulation. The material it's sewn from wicks moisture away and aids thermoregulation. Ground Game rashguards also feature a silicone waistband at the bottom, keeping the shirt from riding up during training. We've also ensured unique and wear-resistant graphics.

MMA Shorts
If you value comfort during training, check out our loose-fit MMA shorts. We've ensured complete freedom of movement by using a comfortable cut and a flexible crotch panel, along with a lightweight and durable fabric that prevents tearing (triple stitching also does the trick). For a perfect fit at the waist, we've used a drawstring and Velcro. The prints are made using sublimation, making them rub-proof and wash-proof. If you prefer a more form-fitting style, check out our Vale Tudo shorts. They act like a second skin, making it much harder for your opponent to grab onto them.

MMA Gloves
You can choose between standard MMA fight gloves and sparring gloves, which feature extra hand padding. Sometimes, coaches recommend classic boxing gloves for your first MMA workouts, as they offer even better protection when striking. If you're not sure which gloves are right for you, talk to your coach or get in touch with us. We're happy to advise and help you assemble the right training gear. Along with gloves, boxing hand wraps will come in handy—another must-have piece of equipment for every fighter. Hand wraps provide extra protection for your hands, support your wrists, and absorb sweat.

Shin Guards
If you're taking things seriously, invest in durable shin guards before your very first training session. A large protective surface (filled with high-density foam), effective shock absorption, a closure that prevents slipping, and an articulated protective foot panel are features worth paying attention to. Ground Game shin guards deliver all of this, plus they stand out with their original design :)

Mouthguard
If you like your teeth, this guard is a must-have regardless of your experience level. Its job is to protect against the painful consequences of strikes, such as bruises, cuts, and knocked-out teeth. The "Knockout Game" model from Ground Game is one of our bestsellers. Why? It stands out not only for its durability, but also for its comfort. You can easily fit it to your jaw, and it retains its shape for a long time.
